Provide friendly guest service while promoting Sycuan Casino Resort at off property sponsored events.Ascertain and resolve guest concerns, requests, and/or complaints in a timely, courteous and informed manner.Maintain a professional and pleasant department image by consistently communicating and presenting information in a professional manner to internal and external guests.Assists with venue logistics before and after events.Assists with night of show ticket redemptions.Maintains a thorough understanding of show schedule, production details, and ticketing prices.Provide friendly guest service while promoting entertainment options and assisting guests.Ushering venue guests to assigned seats.(Note: Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at the sole discretion of Sycuan Management at any time) The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service while supporting Theater events, promotional giveaways, community outreach and co-op sponsorships, including security services to Sycuan guests and personnel.
